Capture and convert
more mold leads.
Add Inspecta to your website and give concerned homeowners a useful next step. They answer guided questions, upload photos and receive a careful preliminary assessment. You get their contact details, their answers, their photos and the whole assessment.
Built for mold inspection, testing and remediation companies.
This runs on the mold company’s own website, under its logo and colors — or on a hosted link it can send by email or text.
A name and phone number do not tell you what the job looks like.
A plain contact form does its job: it tells you somebody is interested. What it cannot tell you is what they are looking at. That gets discovered on the callback, one question at a time, and sometimes on the drive over. An assessment moves the discovery earlier, so the callback starts from something.
- Where in the property the concern is
- How long it has been visible
- Whether the moisture source is still active
- Which materials appear affected
- Roughly how large the area is
- Whether there are any photos
- Whether they want an inspection, an evaluation or remediation help
See it first
Homeowners upload photos from the phone in their hand, so you are looking at the wall instead of listening to a description of it.
Sort your day
Location, duration, approximate area and materials arrive with the lead, so you can decide what to schedule first rather than guessing.
Build trust early
Before the callback, the homeowner has already read a calm, professional summary carrying your branding and your contact details.
Choose the assessment experience that fits the service.
Inspecta ships three widget types. They ask different questions and end differently, because inspection work and remediation work need the homeowner to do different things next.
Mold inspection or testing
Collects the concern, its location, whether growth is visible, any recent water event and how long it has been there, along with photos.
Ends with a concern level and a recommendation to book a professional inspection.
On-site evaluation
Asks the same scope questions as the estimate widget: rooms, area, materials, moisture source and occupancy.
Ends by guiding the homeowner toward an in-person evaluation, with no cost range shown.
Preliminary remediation estimate
Structures the apparent scope, then prices it with the rates you configured. The AI supplies scope; the arithmetic is ordinary code.
Ends with a preliminary range the homeowner sees, and the same range on your lead.
Worth being plain about: a preliminary assessment is not an inspection, and a preliminary estimate is not a binding quote. Both are produced without anybody visiting the property, and both say so. Follow a single assessment end to end.
Built for mold inspectors and remediation companies.
The two businesses want different things from the same homeowner, and Inspecta does not assume you are both. There is a page for each: inspection and testing companies and remediation contractors.
Mold inspection and testing companies
- Collect photos and background before the appointment is booked
- Understand the concern before the callback, not during it
- Guide the homeowner toward a professional inspection or test
- Keep diagnostic claims out of anything written from photos
Mold remediation companies
- Prequalify the apparent scope before anyone drives out
- Capture affected area, materials, rooms and moisture source
- Offer an on-site evaluation workflow when a range would be premature
- Show a preliminary range from your configured rates when it would not
Send every assessment where your team already works.
A lead is only useful where somebody will see it, so every finished assessment goes out three ways at once.
Instant email
Sent the moment an assessment is finished, carrying the contact details, the answers, the summary and a link to the full report.
Lead dashboard
Every lead with its photos and report attached, searchable by name, email or phone and filterable by status and concern level.
Signed webhooks
Signed JSON to an endpoint you control: one event when the lead arrives, another when the assessment is written. Retried on failure.
A webhook can carry the lead to any endpoint you control, or to an automation tool that accepts JSON, which is how teams get Inspecta into their CRM. There are no native integrations with named CRM products: the endpoint is yours.
Why the language is careful.
You carry the liability for anything said about a property before anyone has seen it. Inspecta is designed to prevent diagnostic, species and health claims through structured instructions and automated output checks. A response that fails those checks is rejected rather than shown, and a conservative summary goes out instead.
- It does not confirm mold. Assessments describe what was reported and what the photos appear to show, in hedged wording such as "possible microbial growth".
- It does not name a species or discuss health. No "black mold", no Stachybotrys, nothing about what a condition might do to the people living with it.
- It does not declare a property safe or unsafe. Habitability is not a question a photograph can settle.
- It recommends professional follow-up. Every assessment ends with a next step and your call to action.
- It can still be incomplete or wrong. The checks keep a bad answer off the screen; they are not a promise of a perfect one. Treat an assessment as a starting point for your judgment.
“Based on the provided photos and description, there are indications of possible microbial growth and moisture intrusion in the specified area. A comprehensive evaluation by a certified professional is recommended to determine the exact nature and extent of the condition.”
White-labelled, configurable and yours.
Your logo and colors throughout, your own rates behind the estimates, your own calls to action closing every report, and a dashboard where the leads wait with their photos attached.
One account per company workspace. Multi-location groups are set up account by account.
Questions mold companies ask
- What is Inspecta?
- An AI assessment and lead capture system for mold companies. A homeowner answers guided questions on your site, uploads photos and receives a careful preliminary assessment under your branding. You receive their contact details, their answers, their photos and the finished assessment.
- Who is Inspecta built for?
- Mold inspection, testing and remediation companies that already get website traffic and want more of it to arrive as inquiries worth calling back. It is not a CRM, a field service platform or a professional estimating tool.
- Does Inspecta diagnose mold?
- No. An assessment does not confirm mold, name a species, make a health claim or declare a property safe or unsafe. It describes what was reported and what the photos appear to show, then recommends professional follow-up.
- Can Inspecta provide a mold remediation estimate?
- It produces a preliminary range, not a binding quote. On the remediation estimate widget the AI structures the apparent scope, and Inspecta calculates a range from rates you configured. The AI never chooses a price. The real number follows an on-site evaluation.
- How does Inspecta qualify a mold lead?
- By asking before you call. Depending on the widget, the questions cover where the concern is, how long it has been visible, whether moisture is still active, which materials appear affected and roughly how large the area is. Photos are optional but encouraged.
- Can Inspecta connect to a CRM?
- Through outbound webhooks. You point Inspecta at an endpoint you control and it posts signed JSON when a lead arrives and again when the assessment is finished. Most CRMs and automation tools can receive that. There are no native integrations with named CRM products.
- Does Inspecta work on any website?
- Anywhere you can paste a line of HTML, which covers WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and most other platforms. If you would rather not touch your site, every widget also has a hosted link you can send by email or text.
- How long does setup take?
- Most companies set their branding, choose a widget type and paste the snippet in one sitting. Budget extra time for the remediation estimate widget, because you are entering your own rates and they are worth getting right.
