Questions worth answering first
- What counts as an assessment?
- One completed assessment that produces a report. A visitor who opens the widget, browses a few questions and leaves does not count, and neither does a duplicate submission from someone double-tapping the button. You are only counted for finished work.
- What happens when the 30 days are up?
- We get in touch before the month is out and set up billing for whichever plan fits what you actually used. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically, so if the 30 days did not convince you, you simply stop and owe nothing.
- What if I go over my monthly assessments?
- Additional assessments are $1 each, added to your next invoice. Your widget never switches off mid-month and no homeowner is ever turned away. If you are over the line regularly, moving up a plan works out cheaper and we will say so.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, in either direction. Tell us and we move you from the next invoice. Most companies start on Starter to see what their traffic does and move up once the enquiries are landing.
- Do I need a developer to install it?
- No. You copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your site where you want the widget to appear, the same way you would add a chat box or an analytics tag. If you would rather not touch your site at all, every widget also has a hosted link you can send in an email or put in a social profile.
- Is Inspecta a lead service?
- No. We do not sell leads and we have none to sell. Inspecta is software that sits on your own website and converts the visitors you already paid for into enquiries worth calling back. Every lead it captures belongs to you and goes only to you.
