For remediation and removal contractors

Mold remediation lead generation software that shows you more than a name

Inspecta converts the visitors already reaching your remediation site into described, photographed opportunities. Rooms, materials, area, moisture source and pictures arrive with the contact details, and on the estimate widget a preliminary range arrives with them.

Know what the homeowner is looking at before you call.

Remediation inquiries are hard to triage because the caller cannot describe the thing you need to price. They know it is dark and it smells, not whether it is four square feet on a bathroom ceiling or a hundred behind a kitchen cabinet run.

Asking on the phone works, when they answer. Asking while the homeowner stands in front of the wall with a camera works better, and it happens whether or not your office is awake.

What you get is not a diagnosis. It is a described, photographed account of what a worried person can see, structured the same way every time.

Early qualification

The scope questions, asked before anyone is on the phone.

Both remediation widgets ask this set. Follow-ups appear only when they apply, so a homeowner with no known water source is never asked when it happened.

Rooms and locations

Where it is, and whether one, two, three or four or more areas are involved.

Visible area

Bands from under a square foot to more than a hundred. The main input to the range.

Materials

Drywall, ceiling, flooring, baseboards, cabinets, wood framing, HVAC, contents, or unsure.

What it looks like

Light spotting, moderate discoloration, heavy visible growth or a widespread area.

Moisture source and duration

Whether a source is known, what happened, whether it was repaired, and how long the condition has existed.

Removal and occupancy

Whether materials look damaged enough to come out, and whether the property is occupied.

Photos

Up to three of the affected area. Optional, but worth more than the description alone.

Property details, and who fills them in

Every lead record carries a property address, an appointment date and time, internal notes and a status. Your office completes these as the job progresses; they are not questions put to the homeowner, who is asked only for name, phone and email.

Four different documents

What Inspecta produces, and where your work starts.

These get conflated constantly. Inspecta produces the first two and says on the page that the last two are yours.

  1. 1

    Preliminary remediation assessment

Written by Inspecta, from answers and photos

A concern level, a summary of the apparent scope and the conditions worth attention. No price, no diagnosis, and it says plainly that nobody has visited.

  2. 2

    Preliminary estimate

Calculated by Inspecta, from your rates

A low and a high figure, produced only by the remediation estimate widget. Arithmetic over a described scope, offered as a starting point.

  3. 3

    On-site evaluation

    Yours

The first time anyone measures, opens a wall or reads a moisture meter. Everything above it is provisional until this happens.

  4. 4

    Final scope and contract

    Yours

The protocol, the line items, the schedule and the price you stand behind. Inspecta produces no document resembling one.

Three widget experiences, and which pages they suit.

Each widget has its own type, headline, calls to action, embed snippet and hosted link, so different pages can run different experiences. Starter includes one; Professional and Multi-location allow as many as you need.

Mold Remediation Preliminary Estimate

The full remediation question set plus a preliminary low and high figure from your configured rates. Scope levels read limited, moderate, elevated or extensive.

Mold Remediation Evaluation

The same scope questions and summary without any figure. Its levels describe urgency of professional evaluation rather than size of job.

Mold Inspection and Testing Assessment

The inspection question set, for a page where the visitor wants someone to come and look rather than remove anything.

Your rates produce the range. Nothing else does.

On the estimate widget the work is split in two. The AI describes physical scope only: area, rooms, materials, severity, containment level, contents and whether removal looks likely. It is never permitted to state a price.

Application code then applies your configured rates to that scope. The same scope always produces the same range, and every figure traces back to a number you typed in. Inspecta has your rate card, not knowledge of your market.

The estimate widget page walks through each rate field, and inside the mold remediation estimate calculator shows the arithmetic itself.

Why it is never a final quote.

  • Nobody has measured anything. The area is a band chosen from a list, not a dimension.
  • A photograph cannot show what is behind the drywall or under the flooring.
  • It is not a remediation protocol, not a proposal and not a document any insurer has agreed to accept.
  • Your on-site evaluation replaces it. That is the intended outcome, not a caveat.
Where it lands

Dashboard, inbox, and your own endpoint.

The opportunity appears in your lead dashboard with its answers, photos, assessment and, where the widget prices work, its range. Filter by status, widget and concern.

An email arrives with the contact details, the scope summary, the range where there is one, and links to the lead and the report. Reply-to is the homeowner.

Signed webhooks post to any endpoint you control: one event when the opportunity is captured, a second when the assessment finishes. There are no native integrations with named CRM products.

Your name on it

It should look like you built it.

Your logo, primary color and button color carry through the questions, the report and the notification emails. Nothing in front of the homeowner carries our name.

Inspecta and purchased remediation leads solve different problems.

Not a scoreboard, and nothing here says purchased leads do not work. They are simply different purchases.

Buying remediation leads

  • The inquiry may be generated anywhere, including places that are not your website.
  • Distribution is the supplier’s decision. The same inquiry often reaches several contractors.
  • You are buying contact records, usually priced per lead.

Running Inspecta

  • Every submission comes from a visitor who already reached a page you control.
  • A submission goes to you alone, and is never sent to another mold company.
  • You are buying software on a monthly subscription, not a marketplace and not an agency retainer.

You still need traffic; search, advertising and referrals do that part. What Inspecta changes is how much you know before you spend a morning finding out. The five steps of a single assessment and the plan comparison cover the rest.

Questions from remediation contractors

Does Inspecta provide mold remediation leads?
No. It does not supply, buy or resell inquiries. It converts visitors already reaching your website into described, photographed submissions. You still need traffic.
Are the inquiries exclusive to my company?
A submission goes to the company whose widget captured it and nobody else. Inspecta does not distribute the same inquiry to other mold companies.
Can homeowners upload multiple photos?
Up to three per assessment. Photos are optional rather than required, since forcing them costs submissions, but the assessment is substantially more useful with them.
Can it provide a remediation estimate?
On the remediation estimate widget, yes: a preliminary low and high range. The evaluation and inspection widgets do not price anything.
Is the estimate a binding quote?
No. It is a preliminary range built from what a homeowner described and photographed. Nobody has measured anything or opened a wall. The real number follows your on-site evaluation.
Can it use my own rates?
Yes, and it only uses yours. You set a minimum project price, containment, removal by the square foot, cleaning, air scrubbers, contents handling and two multipliers.
Can the inquiry be sent to my CRM?
Signed webhooks can deliver it to automation or CRM workflows that accept inbound JSON. Inspecta retries on failure and keeps a delivery history. There are no native integrations.
Will the widget stop if I exceed my monthly allowance?
No. Your widget stays live and additional completed assessments are billed at one dollar each. The plan and its allowance are confirmed with you during setup.
